The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing/Shipping time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the supplier for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is confirmed. Our supplier will then process the orders which takes an additional 1or 2 days.
- Delivery time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination ( your location ) after processing and leaving the warehouse. We loved to ship your order as fast as we can, but to set your expectation, delivery time may take little longer from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances such as a disaster or out of the delivery zone (remote area).

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by Email or SMS.
After successful verification (time frame: within 24 – 48 hours after ordered date), an email or SMS upon dispatch from our warehouse will be sent to email address you provided to inform you that your order is now being processed and handled by our warehouse personnel. You can expect to receive your order within the said time frame. ( please refer to the table above)
Our chosen courier aims to deliver your order within the time period indicated above. However, due to unforeseen circumstances such as a disaster, out of the delivery zone (remote area), or unexpected high volume of traffic, we cannot guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the specified time period.
If days had passed ( after the time frame above), and your order is not yet arrived please contact us immediately.
If you are not present upon delivery, we may release the package to any authorized recipient as long that they can present ANY of the following:
- Valid ID of the authorized recipient
- Valid ID of Customer who placed the order or Signed authorization letter.
However, we will not be liable for any loss, costs, damages, or any other charges for that instance.
Be advised that an order can only be canceled within a day (24 hrs. from the time it has been placed)
IMPORTANT NOTE: we strongly advise to inspect the item carefully upon arrival before receiving it to make sure everything is fine.
